PROGRAM 1: E.COM AMBASSADOR (Internal – MSX VS5)
AI-Driven Digital Retail & Lead Management Excellence
Goal: Build a network of internal experts who represent, scale, and continuously enhance MSX.ECOM across OEMs/NSCs.
Program Overview
The MSX VS5 Ambassador Program has been designed to prepare a selected group of internal experts to represent, scale, and continuously enhance the organization's two most strategically relevant digital solutions: MSX.ECOM and MSX.Fleet. Ambassadors are there to support OEM, NSC, and retailer-facing initiatives, and to encourage innovation and collaboration across markets.
The program follows an AI-first training methodology, incorporating advanced simulations, digital coaching, adaptive learning technologies, and automated feedback mechanisms. Participants have the opportunity to gain comprehensive functional expertise and develop the capabilities required to deploy, optimize, and sustain both platforms across the global VS5 ecosystem.
E.COM Ambassador (AI‑Driven Digital Retail)
Purpose: Establish a cadre of internal specialists with advanced expertise in digital retail processes, AI‑supported lead management, and omnichannel customer experience standards.
Core Competencies
E.COM Ambassadors acquire an in‑depth understanding of all core MSX.ECOM modules, including the Personal Landing Page (PLP), the Cockpit environment, and AI‑based qualification agents. They learn to analyze and optimize lead routing, strengthen conversion performance, and conduct diagnostics to identify operational gaps. Furthermore, they develop proficiency in CRM and DMS integration patterns, learn to design and manage Human‑AI hybrid desk operations, and support OEM and NSC stakeholders through structured operational coaching. Their competencies extend to advanced root‑cause analysis, reporting methodology, and predictive performance intelligence.
AI Training Components
The curriculum has been thoughtfully crafted to include elements of artificial intelligence, such as the use of qualification simulators across voice and chat channels, sentiment and intent analysis, and AI-supported PLP generation. Participants receive automated coaching designed to enhance conversion performance and work with AI-generated deployment and risk mitigation outputs. It is hoped that these exercises will contribute to a strong command of AI capabilities within digital retail environments.
Ambassador Role Impact
It is our understanding that E.COM Ambassadors are positioned as key contributors within the VS5 operational landscape. They conduct demos, deliver internal knowledge sessions, support structured OEM and NSC implementation activities, and contribute directly to improving retailer performance KPIs. They also function as central points of expertise for VS5 markets and maintain a continuous feedback loop with the E.COM product team to ensure ongoing refinement of the platform.
